1. Who operates Hoozefa

Hoozefa Inc. operates hoozefa.com and the Hoozefa progressive web app. “Hoozefa,” “we,” “us” and “our” in these terms refer to Hoozefa Inc. Contact us at book@hoozefa.com for support, complaints, legal notices and privacy requests.

These terms cover accounts, discovery, planning, messaging, bookings and the host, reseller and recruiter programs. You accept the applicable terms when you expressly agree in a participation or application flow. Browsing alone is not a signed waiver. Our Privacy Notice explains data use; marketing and optional sensitive-data permissions are separate. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it.

2. Our role and current availability

Hoozefa is a discovery and marketplace platform. Unless a listing expressly identifies Hoozefa Inc. as the provider, independent hosts supply and operate the experiences. Hosts are responsible for delivering their listed services and complying with applicable laws. Hoozefa remains responsible for its own platform services and obligations imposed by law; describing ourselves as a platform does not remove those duties.

Online checkout, subscriptions and money transfers are not active in this release. A cart, saved plan, application, score or invitation does not reserve a place or confirm payment. Do not send money outside the website to “activate” a Hoozefa booking. When payments open, the provider, final tax-inclusive experience price, any separately disclosed optional extras, cancellation terms and any additional contract will be shown before purchase. We do not currently hold ourselves out as an insurer, emergency service or transport operator.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Account holders and Travel Together participants must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. Adults may plan or, when available, book suitable activities for children as an authorized guardian. Children must not create accounts or use traveler matching. An adult’s signature does not waive a child’s legal rights.

Provide accurate information, protect your email account and sign-in codes, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not impersonate anyone, create fraudulent bookings, upload malicious files, attack or overload the service, access another account, scrape private data, bypass restrictions or exploit a vulnerability. Permission to use the site is limited, personal and revocable for material misuse, subject to applicable law.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, exploitation, illegal services, misleading safety claims and publishing another person’s private information are prohibited. Hosts, partners and recruiters may not use customer data for unrelated marketing or resale. Use it only to deliver the requested service or authorized support, with a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

4. Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Read the listing, general destination, local time zone, age and health restrictions, accessibility, inclusions, add-ons and cancellation policy before purchasing. The policy attached to your booking is the applicable snapshot; later host edits do not retrospectively change it. A displayed “instant booking” label does not override the need for a confirmed booking.

Exact host meeting-point pins, addresses, pickup and drop-off directions are private until payment is confirmed, then available to the booking participants through the booking. Free public-place reference pins remain visible. Book and pay through Hoozefa to retain our booking records, support and dispute-review process; we cannot manage payments made outside Hoozefa. Support is not insurance or a guaranteed refund.

A cancellation and a refund are different events. Eligibility depends on the disclosed policy, what was delivered and mandatory law. A host cancellation or failure to deliver should be reported through the booking dispute tools or book@hoozefa.com. We will review the circumstances and any refund due; a platform process does not remove legal remedies, payment-provider rights or statutory time limits. No term authorizes a host to retain money where a refund is legally required.

Unexpected weather, closures, transport failures or other events may require a change or cancellation. Providers must communicate material changes and available options. Events outside reasonable control do not automatically cancel refund obligations. Purchase suitable travel or activity insurance where appropriate; using Hoozefa does not provide insurance.

5. Host agreement

Hosts, guides and operators are responsible for their permissions, qualifications, insurance, tax registrations, personnel, equipment, risk assessments, safeguarding and lawful operation. Keep licenses and insurance current, follow capacity and age restrictions, and disclose material risks, supervision, transport arrangements, accessibility and dietary limitations accurately. Supply supporting evidence if reasonably requested. Never claim guaranteed halal, allergen-free or accessible facilities without a proper basis.

Submit only services and media you are authorized to offer. Keep descriptions, availability, pricing, cancellations and meeting points accurate. Honor confirmed bookings, notify us promptly of safety incidents and cooperate with complaints. An approval or verification badge describes a platform review; it is not a guarantee of continuing licensing, identity, insurance or safety.

Enter the final price guests pay, including any VAT, GST, sales tax and mandatory local charges that apply to your experience and extras. Do not add these charges again at the meeting point. You are responsible for registrations, tax invoices, reporting and paying the taxes you legally owe to the relevant authorities in your country.

Experience pricing is tax-inclusive, not tax-free. The applicable agreed commission is calculated on the tax-inclusive selling price after host-funded discounts. For a $100 selling price at 20%, Hoozefa’s fee is $20 and the host allocation is $80, before refunds or other disclosed adjustments. Commission is deducted once. The host must not assume its tax base is only the payout: local law determines the taxable amount. Hosts must provide compliant tax invoices where required; a Hoozefa payment receipt is not a substitute for the host’s required VAT/GST invoice. No additional VAT, GST or tax is added at the current experience checkout.

This allocation does not transfer any tax collection, reporting, withholding or payment duty that the law places on Hoozefa Inc. Taxes on Hoozefa’s own services or subscriptions are separate obligations.

The standard commission is 20% of eligible booking value, with an administrator-approved agreed rate of 15–20%. The rate and discount allocation recorded for the transaction control. Platform-funded discounts reduce Hoozefa’s commission; host-funded promotions reduce the selling price before commission is calculated, and the host’s proceeds reflect that reduced price. One best eligible offer applies without stacking, as shown in the quote. Free-commission allowances and trials apply only for the scope and duration specifically assigned. Host subscriptions are Essential at USD $100/month, Growth at USD $200/month and Premium at USD $500/month. Active plans and authorized trials have zero Hoozefa booking commission; provider processing fees and taxes on Hoozefa’s own services, where applicable, are separate from tax already included in host experience prices. Billing is not yet activated; no automatic subscription charge will begin without the price, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms being disclosed and accepted.

Payout eligibility requires completed delivery, separate customer confirmation, the applicable safety review and no unresolved dispute, refund hold or suspension. Customer silence is not confirmation. Administrators can review evidence but cannot fabricate confirmation or mark a payment as sent. A held balance is not a guaranteed payment or an interest-bearing account. Payment-provider onboarding, settlement, chargeback and tax requirements must also be met when payments become available.

Approved pay-per-booking hosts receive Premium tools under their agreed commission rate. Monthly subscription benefits depend on confirmed plan status. Selecting a preference does not activate a paid subscription. Premium sponsored placements appear above regular matching results, rotate among eligible hosts, and do not guarantee a first position, clicks, sales or a specific return. Campaign planning and management are included in Premium; advertising media spend requires a separately agreed scope and budget before launch. A lapse, downgrade or cancellation can remove paid page customization and other subscription benefits without removing retained booking records. An approved host may keep a basic public profile and custom address while their account and listings remain eligible. Hosts must accurately describe inclusions, optional extras and their pricing basis before purchase.

Hosts may update their profiles and request closure. Active bookings, disputes, refunds, settlements or subscriptions must be resolved before host closure. Public removal does not erase records we must retain for legal, accounting or safety purposes. It does not by itself close a separate traveler or partner account.

6. Reseller and referral partner agreement

Approved partners recommend eligible experiences to travelers using their assigned links. A website is not required to apply. Do not represent yourself as authorized to bind Hoozefa Inc., collect customer payments on our behalf or promise prices, approvals or income we have not confirmed.

The standard partner share is 20% of Hoozefa’s actual earned commission on an eligible attributed booking, not 20% of the booking price. A $100 booking with a $20 platform commission produces a $4 partner share; at a $15 platform commission it produces $3. Discounts, refunds, reversals and commission waivers can reduce earnings to zero. No booking commission is promised where the host’s subscription results in no platform commission. Carts, uncompleted purchases, self-referrals and fraudulent transactions do not create payable earnings.

Clearly disclose your financial relationship when promoting a referral link. Do not send spam, buy fake reviews, impersonate Hoozefa, use misleading discounts or override another partner’s attribution. You are responsible for your lawful marketing, permissions, taxes and expenses. Any payout timing or additional program rules must be disclosed and accepted before activation.

7. Local host recruiter agreement

Joining the recruiter program is free. No purchase, subscription, recruitment quota or paid training is required. Inviting a person, opening an account or recruiting a host earns nothing by itself. Earnings depend on real eligible customer bookings; do not promise income or encourage purchases to qualify for rewards.

The host recruiter allocation is 20% of Hoozefa’s actual booking commission after platform-funded discounts and waivers. If a recruiter joined through another recruiter’s invitation, 20% of that allocation goes to their direct inviter and they retain 80%. A $100 booking with a $20 platform commission creates a $4 allocation: $3.20 for the host recruiter and $0.80 for their direct inviter. With no inviter, the host recruiter keeps $4. These are arithmetic examples, not earnings forecasts.

Sharing stops at the direct inviter. An inviter’s share is never shared again with their own inviter. Each booking has one host recruiter and at most one inviter beneficiary. Existing booking allocations and existing recruiters’ attribution are not changed by later invitation links.

Each recruiter supports only the recruiters they personally invited: help with onboarding, finding suitable hosts, improving listings and obtaining real customer bookings. The inviter may see the recruit’s name, city, country, application status, aggregate host and booking progress, and the inviter’s own commission from those hosts. Private traveler information and the recruit’s individual host records are not shared. Follow-up notes are visible to the author and Hoozefa administrators. Hoozefa controls approval, suspension and disputes.

Carts and signups are not earnings. Paid bookings remain provisional until the experience is completed, the guest confirms delivery and Hoozefa verifies settlement and dispute clearance. Refunds, reversals, fraud, self-bookings and zero-commission bookings do not create payable rewards. A suspended beneficiary’s share stays held for review; it is not redistributed. Subscription fees do not fund recruiter rewards.

Recruiter participation is optional. You may earn from hosts you personally introduce without inviting any other recruiter. Disclose your Hoozefa relationship, obtain permission for outreach, and do not send spam or make guaranteed-income claims. Separately approved traveler sales-partner activity follows its own published agreement. Payment processing and recruiter payouts remain inactive until Hoozefa enables them.

Recruiter access requires an invitation and Hoozefa approval. Recruiters introduce and support hosts through their assigned link; they do not acquire ownership of a host or customer. First eligible confirmed attribution stays with the host account and cannot be moved using a later link. The host must expressly agree to share the limited business and performance information shown in the recruiter portal.

The standard recruiter share is 20% of Hoozefa’s actual commission on eligible bookings generated by attributed hosts. This is an ongoing share for as long as the attributed host remains active and generates eligible commission under the program, subject to lawful operation and the agreed terms. It is not a salary, investment, guaranteed income or a payment for recruitment alone. Refunds, discounts, waivers, fraud and zero-commission subscriptions can reduce the share to zero. Payment remains subject to completed paid bookings, cleared disputes and the payout conditions above.

A paused recruiter retains host attribution; earnings may remain held while eligibility is reviewed. We do not promise transferable or inheritable royalty rights. Any material commercial change must be notified and, where required, separately agreed; it will not erase an already accrued lawful entitlement. A termination or suspected fraud requires review of outstanding records and applicable rights.

Use host information only for authorized local support. Keep support notes factual and confidential. Do not access traveler identities or private messages, sell host information, solicit off-platform payments, or promise approval. Unless a separate signed employment or agency agreement says otherwise, this portal does not create employment, a franchise, a joint venture or authority to contract for Hoozefa Inc. Legal worker status is determined by applicable law and the actual relationship.

8. Messaging, reviews and Travel Together

Keep platform-introduced bookings and payment arrangements on Hoozefa. Do not use messages to divert transactions to avoid an agreed fee. Automated contact filters can reject legitimate text and cannot detect every bypass. Use booking fields for dates, numbers and guest counts, and contact support if needed. This rule does not prevent contacting emergency services, regulators, legal advisers or exercising lawful consumer rights.

Traveler and host reviews are available for eligible completed, paid experiences. Be truthful, relevant and respectful. Do not disclose private information, threaten others or demand a benefit for a favorable review. Honest criticism is allowed. We do not prohibit or penalize lawful negative reviews and do not require ownership of your review as a condition of using the service. Moderation is based on policy violations, not a low star rating; you can report a review or contact support to appeal.

Travel Together is an optional adult introduction service. Profiles, photographs and exact ages are self-reported, not background or identity checks. Matching does not prove a booking or personal safety. Both travelers choose whether to connect. We do not operate shared rides, verify drivers, split ride payments or supervise meetings. Meet in public, use block/report tools and contact local emergency services when needed. The separate participation agreement explains inherent risks and its limited release.

9. AI, maps, scores and external information

Hoozefa is a fictional AI guide. Answers, translations, itineraries, weather-based suggestions and estimates may be inaccurate or outdated. They are not professional medical, legal, safety, immigration or financial advice and cannot make a booking or payment for you. Confirm opening times, admission, dietary suitability, local rules and conditions with authoritative sources. Personalization notes do not mean the model retrains itself on your account.

Discovery scores are Hoozefa’s editorial or platform assessments, not independent certifications, guarantees or customer star ratings. “Free” may refer to basic entry and may exclude transport, parking, optional activities or changing admission charges. A map pin may be approximate. External places and search results are not automatically Hoozefa listings.

Google Maps features are subject to Google’s applicable Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service. Other external services have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not promise uninterrupted access or exhaustive coverage. Destination and payment availability reflect our service policy and applicable restrictions; they are not a determination that every activity in an excluded country is unlawful.

10. Content rights and reports

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant Hoozefa Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, translate and display that content as needed to operate and promote the relevant listing or service and to moderate it. This is not an assignment of your copyright. Only upload content you may lawfully use, including permissions from identifiable people where required.

After removal, public display stops within reasonable technical limits; copies may remain in backups, completed transaction records or lawful moderation records. Hoozefa’s name, original branding and software remain protected; no broader trademark or source-code license is granted.

Report intellectual-property infringements or unlawful content to book@hoozefa.com with the affected URL, what right is involved, your contact details and supporting information. We may seek clarification and restrict content while reviewing a credible report. This contact is not a claim that a statutory copyright agent registration or safe-harbor status has been completed.

11. Liability and business indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, discovery and planning information is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation or third-party performance. Hoozefa Inc. is not responsible for losses caused solely by a third party’s independent conduct where the law does not make us responsible. This does not excuse our own breach of a legal duty.

For business users acting in a trade or profession, to the extent enforceable, Hoozefa Inc. excludes indirect or consequential business loss and loss of anticipated profit, and its aggregate contractual liability is limited to the greater of US$100 and platform fees paid or payable by that business to Hoozefa for the affected services in the preceding 12 months. This business cap does not limit money properly owed to you, refunds, accrued commissions or obligations that law does not permit us to limit. It is not a blanket cap on consumer claims.

A business host, partner or recruiter agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify Hoozefa Inc. for reasonable third-party claims and costs caused by that business’s unlawful services, infringement, fraud or material breach of these terms. We must notify you reasonably promptly, allow reasonable participation in the defense and not settle an admission or non-monetary obligation for you without consent. This does not cover loss caused by Hoozefa’s own negligence or misconduct.

Nothing in these terms or any waiver excludes fraud, intentional or reckless misconduct, gross negligence, liability for death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, mandatory data-protection duties, or any non-excludable consumer or statutory right. No user is required to waive an honest review, complain to a regulator or surrender a remedy the law protects.

12. Complaints, restrictions and changes

Contact book@hoozefa.com or use the booking dispute tools with the booking reference, a description and relevant evidence. We may ask each party for information, hold payout eligibility and record a reasoned resolution. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full card details. A platform resolution is not binding arbitration and does not prevent access to a competent court, regulator or payment provider.

We may restrict an account or listing when reasonably necessary to address fraud, a security incident, unsafe or unlawful conduct, sanctions requirements or a material breach. We will provide an explanation and a way to seek review where legally and practically appropriate. An emergency restriction may come first; restrictions do not automatically cancel valid refund or accrued payment rights.

Applicable law and court jurisdiction are determined by the rules that legally apply to your relationship with Hoozefa Inc. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver or an invented incorporation-state venue. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and forum rights in their place of residence.

We will publish material changes with an updated version and provide notice or seek renewed agreement where required. A change does not retrospectively replace the terms of a completed booking or a previously signed record. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful. Delayed enforcement is not a general waiver. A separately signed agreement controls only the specific subjects it expressly replaces.
