Partners recommend experiences through tracked Hoozefa links. They may be hotels, travel brokers, tour operators, local businesses or creators helping guests and followers discover activities.

A partner does not manage the host’s availability or deliver the experience simply by sharing it. Choose Host as well if you want to list and provide your own activities.

Yes. Use one account and complete both applications. Your own experiences belong in the host workspace, while recommendations for other providers belong in the partner workspace.

Self-referrals do not earn partner commission. Being approved as a host does not automatically approve the separate partner role.

Enter your business or creator name, your partner type, city and operating country. Your website and phone are optional, and partner-only accounts do not need a guide face photo.

Review the details, complete the participation agreement when requested and agree to the partner rules. You must be authorized to apply and clearly disclose affiliate recommendations.

Yes. A website is optional, and the application does not require you to enter an audience size. Describe your business using the partner type that fits your work.

If you provide a website, www.example.com is enough. You can leave the field empty if your recommendations happen through a hotel desk, local network or direct conversations.

Your partner dashboard shows the application status and any review feedback. Pending or rejected applicants can use Review or update details to correct their application.

There is no guide-photo review requirement for a partner-only account. If an approved partner’s details need changing, contact Hoozefa; the signup form does not overwrite an active partner account.

The referral link and link-building tools become available after partner approval. Open your partner dashboard to copy the link and create recommendations for specific public Hoozefa pages.

A pending application is not a commission-earning account. Approval is separate from payment and payout activation.

Yes. The partner toolkit accepts supported public Hoozefa discovery pages, including experiences, city searches, free places, maps and guide profiles. Existing search filters are kept in the link.

Use your generated partner link rather than copying a plain page address if you want an eligible referral to be attributed to your account.

Use Copy link, WhatsApp, Email or Share in the partner toolkit. For Instagram, paste the link into your bio or a story link sticker. The sharing tool prepares content; you decide whether to send or post it.

Tell your audience that you may earn a commission from an eligible booking. Do not claim that a recommendation guarantees availability or a particular result.

The current setup keeps the latest valid partner code in the traveler’s browser session and attaches an approved, eligible partner to a qualifying cart.

It does not promise cross-device attribution or a fixed multi-day tracking window. A traveler switching devices or sessions may not retain the attribution. Final tracking terms will be shown before the paid program opens.

No. Clicks, visits, free-place recommendations and unpaid carts do not generate partner commission by themselves. Free discoveries can still be useful recommendations for your guests.

Commission depends on an eligible booking with a remaining Hoozefa commission amount. A referral record or potential share is not a paid earning.

Your share is 20% of Hoozefa’s remaining booking commission after applicable platform discounts and waivers. It is not 20% of the entire booking price.

For example, a $100 eligible booking at the standard 20% host rate gives Hoozefa a $20 fee. With no discount or waiver, the partner share is $4. This is an illustration; payouts are not active yet.

Your partner percentage remains 20% of the remaining Hoozefa fee. A $100 eligible booking with a negotiated 15% host rate and no discount or waiver has a $15 platform fee and a $3 partner share.

The host’s assigned rate, eligible discounts, waivers and the booking’s status determine the recorded amount.

A platform-funded discount reduces the fee available for partner commission. For example, a $100 booking with a $20 Hoozefa fee and a $10 platform discount leaves $10; the partner’s 20% share is $2.

There is no commission on refunded bookings, waived platform fees or the proposed zero-commission subscription plan. Potential earnings can change if the qualifying booking changes.

The partner application is free. The $100, $200 and $500 monthly plans belong to hosts who provide their own experiences; it is not a partner membership fee.

If you also become a host, your host plan is a separate preference. No paid subscription starts merely by applying for either role.

Payouts are not activated yet. The dashboard distinguishes potential or recorded referral amounts from money paid to you. Payout preferences are preparation only.

Payment activation, account eligibility, booking completion and applicable dispute or refund checks must be satisfied. There is no promised payout date or withdrawal method until the program’s final payout rules are confirmed.

Use your partner dashboard to follow attributed carts, completed bookings and recorded referral shares. The partner toolkit can export a referral report when records are available.

Amounts can be listed in different booking currencies. A report is an activity record, not a payment receipt or confirmation that funds have reached your bank.

The host provides the experience and manages its listing, meeting instructions and availability. The traveler should use the listing’s host chat for activity questions and the booking’s dispute tools for an eligible paid-booking problem.

As a partner, recommend accurately and share the correct page. You cannot change another host’s schedule, promise a refund or approve a payout on Hoozefa’s behalf.

No. Your partner link attributes eligible traveler bookings for referral commission. Invite & earn is a separate invitation program that can award a discount after a new member completes the required qualifying activity.

A signup alone does not create a reward. Read each program’s eligibility rules and use the appropriate link; neither program pays for self-referrals.

First check that you shared your generated partner link and that the account was approved at the time of the eligible cart. Ask the traveler to check their booking status without sending you sensitive payment details.

The current browser-session tracking has limits, so attribution is not guaranteed across devices or sessions. Contact book@hoozefa.com with the relevant Hoozefa reference and an explanation. A support request does not guarantee a commission adjustment.
